The goal of ACDP’s participation in the San Jose Adopt-A-Park Program is to help individuals be a part of the community through the beautification and maintenance of local parks through acts of volunteerism. The investment of time into the care of nearby parks gives a sense of responsibility and the feeling of being out in the community.

ACDP’s continued contribution to the program is a fun and rewarding opportunity that encourages consumers to pursue an active role in the support of San Jose’s parks. Activities include raking leaves, sweeping pathways, and picking up trash in order to properly maintain and care for our local recreational areas. These tasks are done in order to foster a sense of responsibility and teamwork.
